Top Job Building Services, Inc. provides commercial, residential, and specialty cleaning services and products to its customers. The corporation consists of several business units, each a leader in their field, giving the marketplace a full range of cleaning expertise. The company trades under the following established names.
In June 2005, Kensol Service merged with Airways Cleaning and Fireproofing to form Kensol Airways. Kensol Service has serviced and cleaned commercial kitchen exhaust systems since 1958. Interior and exterior metal maintenance is also provided through Kensol. Airways brings 25 years of experience and HVAC cleaning to the new company. Kensol Airways serves the mid-Atlantic Region with over 2000 customers in 6 states.
Kensol Service was founded in 1958 by Ken Stocker in Allentown, PA. Ken was a pioneer in the field of kitchen exhaust cleaning. Kensol was one of the first companies to offer waterless cleaning. He educated insurance companies, governmental agencies, and business owners about the benefits of regularly scheduled commercial kitchen exhaust cleanings.
Airways Cleaning and Fireproofing was originally founded in Pittsburgh, PA by John Brandon. In the early 1980's, it was purchased by the Nachman family and the company was relocated to Philadelphia.
Top Job Building Services
was established in 1979 and serves the commercial market with janitorial products and services. Our distributor status allows us to offer a complete line of low cost janitorial and chemical products. Certified in fire and water damage restoration, Top Job is there to help in your time of need!
House Maids has cleaned homes in the Lehigh Valley since 1985. We specialize in regularly scheduled cleanings. We maintain a special services database to ensure the correct custom cleaning requests are preformed each visit. One time cleanings before moving and other occasions is also available.
Corporate Officers
Bill Ehritz, President, has his MBA from Lehigh University. Prior to owning Top Job Building Services, he was a Vice President at Crystal Brands, Inc., with responsibilities as Store Operations Director, Merchandising Manager, and Controller.
Larry Knecht, corporate Vice President, has an Industrial Engineering Degree from Pennsylvania State University. Before joining forces with Bill, he held positions as Customer Service Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President over the past 25 years.
Bill and Larry believe that training employees, communicating regularly with customers, and providing high quality service and products is vital for company success. Bill states: "Larry and I have known each other for a long time. We know each other's strengths and weaknesses, we have similar business philosophies, and we compliment each other well in a business environment. Our goals for the business are unified."
